The Garrett County Partnership for Children & Families, Inc. (formerly the Office for Children, Youth & Families, Inc.) serves as the operational arm of the Local Management Board.  Operating under a five-year Community Partnership Agreement with the Maryland Partnership for Children, Youth and Families and Garrett County Government, the Garrett Partnership administers the following programs: Local Management Board Return/Diversion/SRI Wrap-Around Local Coordinating Council Infants and Toddlers Family Support Network Partners After School Funding and program monitoring is provided for: Interagency Family Preservation Youth Education Services Family Stabilization Services

The Mission and Guiding Principles serve as a framework for organizational endeavors.  Members are appointed by the Garrett County Commissioners. In September 1998 the Garrett County Vision to Scale proposal was accepted by the MD Subcabinet. Programs funded under the 5-year VtS partership  include the following: Healthy Families Garrett County Early Start Garrett WORKS Wrap-Around Case Management Services Integration System (SIS) Interagency Management Info System LCC Special Projects Grant funding has been secured for the following programs for FY 2001: Youth Services Network (RDEF) Garrett's Promise After-School Opportunity Fund Garrett Data Mart YouthSERVE
