How to Use the ONLINE CIF
Registered Users are advised to print out the following help sheets:
  1. Sample Data Entry Form & Instructions
  2. Service Categories
  3. Organizations/Programs Listed
  4. Drop Down Lists for Data Entry
  5. Tracking Codes & Verification
  1. Select ONE service category for the PRIMARY SERVICE CATEGORY field. Choose the one item that best describes the services that the program provides.
  2. IMPORTANT! Retype the item that you selected for the Primary Service Category into the SERVICE LOCATOR field.
  3. For the SERVICE LOCATOR field enter ALL of the service categories that describe the primary services offered by the program. (Generally this is 3-6 descriptors.)
