**Minor updates and modifications do not require reverification. If a program is substantially re-engineered, please forward a signed hard copy of the program printout to GC PCF.

Copies of brochures or flyers are also filed with the program record. Please forward brochures to GC PCF as they are updated. Also, some organizations make copies of the program record to hand out to customers when a brochure describing services is not available.
